A conversation with two residents of CONNER Ratchathewi reveals how thoughtful specifications, location, and design can outweigh brand familiarity—and become the true reason people buy.

Getting to Know the Owners

Ple (Pasaworn Nuanthikul) and Prae (Nattaporn Pengkul) are both legal consultants at Weerawong Chinavat & Partners. Friends and colleagues, they ultimately decided to purchase their unit together.

How They Discovered the Project

Prae first learned about CONNER Ratchathewi through a recommendation from an acquaintance, right around the time the project received recognition from the Asia Pacific Property Awards. Intrigued, she researched further before sharing the opportunity with Ple. What began as curiosity soon became a shared decision to buy.

What Sparked Their Interest

For Ple, confidence came from understanding the project’s origins and the developer’s vision. The deeper she explored the details, the more she felt this was not a typical condominium—but one designed to genuinely elevate everyday living quality.

Different Reasons, Same Decision

They were drawn to the project for entirely different reasons.

  • Ple’s highlight: an exceptionally wide unit frontage of 16 meters. Having owned multiple condos before, she recognized how rare this is—especially at this price point and in this location. The decision, she says, was easy.
  • Prae’s highlights (two of them):
    1. Location. Having grown up and studied nearby at Chulalongkorn University, and previously lived along Phetchaburi Road, she knew firsthand how convenient and promising this area is. Well-connected, fully equipped, yet not chaotic—and with clear future growth potential.
    2. The Vertical Forest. Coming from upcountry, she values greenery in urban life. The presence of over 145,000 plants—and, importantly, greenery designed for real use rather than decoration—made the project even more appealing.

The Unit Choice

Once Prae heard about the 16-meter frontage from Ple, the choice of a two-bedroom layout became immediate. As they joked, “She trusted me.”

A New Appreciation for the Location

While Ple was more familiar with Sukhumvit, studying Ratchathewi changed her perspective. Just one BTS stop to Siam, with major future developments planned, she came to see it as a truly central urban address.

Specifications That Build Trust

Remarkably, Ple committed to the purchase without seeing a mock-up room. Her reasoning: the specifications offered were of such quality and value that brand recognition became irrelevant. To her, this project represented a new developer setting a higher benchmark for design and materials from the very first launch.
