Space Makers in Action — Creating Better Spaces for Harmonious Living
As a Space Maker, The Creators HQ believes that creating meaningful spaces extends beyond the boundaries of a development project. It also involves enhancing and caring for the surrounding environment to support a higher quality of life for everyone in the community.
This CSR initiative was launched with the intention of improving the streetscape within the neighborhood, making it cleaner, more organized, and more pleasant to live in. At the same time, the project aims to foster an environment where residents can coexist harmoniously, safely, and sustainably for the long term.
More than a physical improvement effort, this initiative reflects the concept of “Shared Space, Shared Responsibility” — encouraging community participation in caring for shared environments and cultivating a stronger sense of ownership among residents.
The project activities include:
• Repainting residential fences to create a more cohesive and visually organized streetscape.
• Providing waste bins to promote systematic and sustainable environmental management.
• Improving road surfaces and curbs to enhance safety and elevate the quality of public spaces.
For The Creators HQ, being a Space Maker means designing spaces that go beyond meeting residential needs. It is about connecting people, strengthening communities, and creating lasting value for the neighborhoods that surround us.
Mr. Gunt Malithong, Deputy Managing Director, stated:
